I know last week I said that we’d show off stores this week, but Eddie made mines and farms that I think are way cool. Here are the buildings that will produce resources consumed by both houses and businesses in 1849.
On top are the three final options for a gold mine. We liked the middle one. We’ll use that as the basis for the other mines that will be available to the player.
Below that is what we liked for the farms. After deciding on the arrangement of the plot, Eddie did these to show how the wheat farm will look as the seasons change – from a fallow or just planted field to growing wheat to the amber waves ready for harvest. We’ll have similar progressions for all of the farms in 1849.
